Edward Street Quarter Wins Insider South East Property Award
Brighton’s coolest new neighbourhood, Edward Street Quarter has added a new trophy to its cabinet, picking up ‘Commercial Development of the Year’ at last night’s Insider South East Property Awards.
Earlier this year, the £120 million development, led by Socius and Patron Capital, was named the winner of ‘Lease of the Year’ at CoStar's Impact Awards.
Working with commercial lettings agents, SHW and Cushman & Wakefield, Edward Street Quarter has recently signed leasing deals with three exciting new office tenants, Octopus Energy, NatWest Group and Knights.
The Insider South East Property Awards, which recognise excellence and diversity in the property sector across the region, celebrated the South East’s property community across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Thames Valley and the Solent.
