The Slicycle is spinning fresh pizzas into Edward Street Quarter
On Thursday 10th July, pizza pop-up, The Slicycle will be serving up handcrafted pizzas from bike to plate at Brighton's buzzing Edward Street Quarter.
Born from a love of pizza and an ethos for providing a sustainable food service, founder Xavier Mirabelli-Montan custom-built a bike trailer that carries a compact Gozney Roccobox oven that reaches the perfect temperature for creating crispy, delicious pizzas in just 90 seconds.
Organised by place management company, Populate, which is owned by impactful developer, Socius, and run in addition to our monthly markets with Ace Events, the Edward Street Quarter pop-up is open to residents, staff and visitors alike.
Sharing his passion for pop-up pizza, Xavier says: “We’re excited to be bringing The Slicycle to Edward Street Quarter. There’s nothing better than fresh, hot pizza, and we can’t wait to serve the local community on Thursday lunchtimes. I can’t wait to meet everyone, share great food, and become part of the Quarter’s neighbourhood vibe!”
