Leading legal services firm set to move to Edward Street Quarter
We’re excited to announce that Knights, one of the fastest growing legal and professional services businesses in the UK, with a team of over 1,500 people based in 25 locations, has chosen our £120m Brighton development for its new flagship office.
This September, the team will move to our new city centre development, which is complete with premium grade A office space that matches Knight’s high-quality service, and will accommodate its significant growth over recent years.
As quoted by Insider Media, Darren Walker, client services director for Knights' offices across the South East, said: "This is such exciting news for Knights, our people and our clients. Opening a flagship office in Brighton gives us a platform for further expansion across the South East – including working with clients in Brighton, Sussex, London and beyond."
Emma Lockey, director at the CBRE, added: "Knights has a really clear real estate strategy to meet the demands of the modern office. A core part of that strategy is to offer energy-efficient, premium, grade A spaces.
"Edward Street Quarter fits the bill perfectly and it's been great to work alongside Knights to make it happen. We can't wait to see the business grow when the move takes place."
