First Base and Wired Sussex join forces to support the growth of region’s gaming sector

First Base, the company responsible for the new Edward Street Quarter development, has partnered with Wired Sussex in support of its campaign to put Greater Brighton on the map as the best place in the UK for games production.

Wired Sussex’s campaign aims to build the national and international profile of the Sussex games community to attract the investment and talent they need to continue their growth.

The partnership with First Base will enable Wired Sussex to achieve its goals via a schedule of activity including a tailored events programme and a research report to establish the barriers to growth that games studios face and the support they need to overcome them.
